Little Dragon

It’s a monday all over again and I am very much tired, yes. But as I’ve been working here at the office, spent some time with my friend Little Bear and listening to this great new (for me it is!) band called Little Dragon – it has been getting a little better. Everything seems to be little -something? What’s going on? Little Dragon, Little Bear, Little better… what else is little? Am I losing it? Yes I am.
Anyway, I first thought she was a solo artist from Germany or something, but they are a group of 4 from Sweden. For some reason the singer’s (Yukimi Nagano) voice reminds me of Erykah Badu. Do you find it strange? I do. But I also like it.

Arithmatix?

4 Little Bear

Is this house, slo-mo disco or is there also a hint of italo wibe in there? I don’t know, but it sounds good to me. And who is this Arithmatix! dude? According to Myspace, he’s from Sydney and he has a mustache. My friend Little Bear has a mustache too and he likes this song as well. The picture above is a part of a print I did for him as a birthday present. It’s hanging on his wall. Not on the Facebook wall, but a wall in his apartment in Kallio.. where he lives.
